1. Our Tracking Philosophy
We do not utilize behavioral ad-tracking or third-party marketing pixels. Our use of "cookies" is strictly limited to maintaining the Security, Integrity, and Performance of our Logistics Command Center and Client Portal. We prioritize operational privacy by minimizing non-essential data footprint.
2. Essential Operational Tokens
These technologies are mandatory for the secure handling of cargo manifests and rigging schedules. They cannot be disabled:
Command Auth: Maintains your encrypted connection to the Logistics Portal during active deployments.
Device Verification: Recognizes authorized hardware to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive rig data.
CSRF Protection: Cryptographic tokens that ensure your transport instructions are protected from external tampering.
3. Performance & Asset Analytics
We utilize limited analytics to ensure our global supply chain infrastructure serves our partners efficiently:
Load Distribution: Optimizes traffic across our regional server nodes (UK, USA, and EEA).
Regional Preferences: Remembers your preferred measurement units (Metric/Imperial) and local port jurisdictions.
System Health: Anonymous technical data used to optimize our real-time fleet tracking algorithms.
4. Managing Your Preferences
Partners maintain control over non-essential tracking. You may adjust browser settings to refuse optional cookies; however, please note that the Global Logistics Portal requires essential tokens to function. Disabling them will prevent secure login and manifest management.
5. Data Retention & Expiry
Session-based cookies expire immediately upon closing your secure portal session. Persistent functional cookies (such as language preferences) are set to expire after 12 months.
