1. Operational Scope & Rigging Standards

All rigging, lifting, and cargo operations are performed under strict international safety standards (including LOLER and OSHA). By engaging our services, you acknowledge:

Load Verification: Clients must provide certified weight data for all heavy-lift cargo.

Safety Halt: We reserve the right to suspend operations if wind or sea states exceed safety thresholds.

Equipment: All gear is subject to pre-operational inspection and maintains valid 3rd-party certification.

2. Cargo Handling & Demurrage

Our supply chain protocols ensure efficiency. The following timing and storage rules apply:

Demurrage: A daily fee applies to cargo not cleared from staging areas within 72 hours.

Stowage: The Company determines the safest method of securing cargo on all transport vessels.

HAZMAT: Hazardous materials must be declared 48 hours in advance with valid MSDS docs.

3. Insurance & Maritime Liability

Liability for logistics and rigging is governed by the following institutional limits:

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, port strikes, or geopolitical instability.

Limit: Liability is calculated based on standardized SDR (Special Drawing Rights) per kilogram.

Consequential: The Company is not liable for indirect losses or offshore production downtime.

4. Global Compliance & Anti-Corruption

We enforce strict adherence to international trade laws and energy sector regulations:

Anti-Bribery: Zero tolerance for violations of the UK Bribery Act and US FCPA protocols.

Sanctioned Parties: We do not serve entities or vessels listed on international sanction watchlists.

Environmental: All operations strictly adhere to MARPOL standards for pollution prevention.

5. Financial Terms & Lien Rights

Payment for services is subject to these institutional financial terms:

Payment: Invoices are due Net-30 from the Bill of Lading date unless negotiated.

Lien: The Company maintains a lien on all goods for all sums due from the Customer.

Fuel: We reserve the right to apply a Bunker Adjustment Factor based on oil price volatility.
